Add an Account login 2nd security tier
Create better account login protection to stop unauthorized access attempts.
There are many online websites/tools (e.g. Facebook, Steam, Battle.net) that have the option to use a 2nd level of security after login e.g. an SMS messages/email with a code to enter when a new/unrecognised PC signs in, etc.
Thais could be implemented to stop any unauthorized access but I am surprised that, as a security application suite, this has not been implemented/considered already.3 votesThank you for your feedback! We will take this under review!

FTP Backup Support
Hi
Please consider the feature of having a FTP feature to your backup solution. As i am quite pleased of your products so far, this is the final option that makes it complete.
My files on the the laptop is synced, right. But i want to protect my NAS files also, and the NAS (as all of them) supports FTP protocol. Syncing files to the cloud from the compu is good, but not in time as most of the users have a NAS for backup and we need a "backup on the backup". I would gladly increase and pay for…

Implement MAC adress in Firewall setting to Internet Security
It seems to me it's an easy task for your developers to implement this idea. With a MAC adress allowing f.ex you can easily connect a media player to your network. (My WD TV Live renews it's IP adress in a daily basis so I have to give it's new IP adress allowance every day and it's a bit annoying.That's why it would be nice to just use it's MAC adress instead and "Problem Solved") What say you ?? Is it a good idea ??

have an account with more than 5 computers on it
i live in a household with several children, each of whom have a computer, I have 2 desktops and 2 laptops. I find it very inconveinient that I have to set up a second email address in order to have more than 5 computers on my account.

Make it more obvious to users on how to create new firewall rules
It's really not easy to figure out how to add programs to the list of Application rules for the firewall. Basically, you have to right click on an item in the list and click "New rule" or use the Insert key. This isn't that intuitive and I usually expect that right clicking on an item gives you more options about that item - not adding new items.

Give any promotional offers automaticaly to customers using auto renewal ie( 20% off renewal price) any promotional offers
When as a customer you sign up to automatic renewal you are missing out on any special promotional offers ie( 20% off if you renew now) this does not seem fair. i suggest any promotional offers should automaticly be given to customers using this auto renewing service to keep them sweet!! Great product, very happy with service, but price does matter!!.

Customer introductions, for every customer introduced to Bullguard who purchases a 1 year subscription the introducer gets an extension to their own subscription or a free upgrade.

Bullguard Internet Security 3 user license. *Android*
It would be a good idea if we could use the license on 2 PC's and 1 Android Device. Or 3 Android Devices, you get the idea :)

Have a clearer renewal proceedure for the second or third PCs after renewing the main subscription.
I recently tried to renew my subscription to Bullguard on my second PC and met with the same poor user interface from last time (this happens each year) you should have a clear button that states renew on this computer without additional payment for logged in users who have already renewed their main PC subscription. If you follow the standard links provided - it looks like you either download a demo or have to pay again.ww

When renewing a BullGuard account, the first step allows you to choose how many PC’s/years and Backup space you wish to renew for. The options selected by default are the ones that match the current subscription as most of our customers wish to keep the same one when renewing. However you can modify these when renewing to match your needs.
The suggestion will be sent to our Marketing department if there is a big interest in it.

Fix the sound problems your product cause on Windows 7
I have always used Norton for my Computer protection. But this time I thought I would try your product. I downloaded the trial version to see how it compared to Norton. I am not certain if you have been made aware of this probelm but I started to develop a slurring/buzzing/delay whenever I played videos or clicked the mouse.
