  1. look after your loyal customers

    Instead of trying to rip off loyal customers each time at renewal why not renew at prices it can be got else ware? £50??? can be got for less than half that. I have done that previous years but not any more. Time to move on to another company. I don't stick with companies that don't value me as a customer. Bill Hall

    Ninety percent of the time, when I select a link from the Bullguard menu option, It takes me to the page promoting your product rather than the desired page. It takes several attempts to actually get to the correct destination. If I cannot trust this function, how can I trust anything that Bullguard claims? You have received very good reviews from many sources but the misdirected links is a problem for me.     Had one in a million experience today receiving support from Fatima. Was worried initially when I learnt I had to give up control of my system. However, this concern was handled, even when I did not comment about it, professionally and in the most courteous way by Fatima.     I do not wish to buy bullguard from you as it is cheaper from Amazon.
    I did not request auto renewal. Especially at this increased price it is ridicules.

    Last year I purchased your product 'BullGuard' at the price of $38.97 for one years protection. This year you offered the same product at a 20% discount and it cost me $47.96,that's not much of a discount for a paying customer. I guess I'll have to check out other products next year.

  20. Check before your Marketing people send e-mails to the owner of other computer on my licence

    My partner, whose computer is also running Bullguard on my licence, has received an e-mail saying she no longer has Bullguard security and would she like to buy it on "Black Friday" with 75% discount? Why didn't Marketing check before sending this communication as it caused uneccessary worry. Thanks.
